We will hold the home several days pending receipt of a $200 deposit in the form of money order. Personal check accepted providing 15 days in advance of rental. $500 deposit required to hold an 8 bedroom home or if rental starts within 15 days of today
Personal check accepted if arrival date is at least 15 days in advance. Upon receipt of the deposit you will be sent a confirmation & directions. Reservations are valid once the deposit is received. A cancellation forfeits all monies paid. Refer to house # on the brochure/website when making reservations.
- Telephones are provided for local calls. Plan on bringing a calling card for long distance calls. Cleaning services are provided at an additional charge.
- Pets are not permitted. However, if you are having a problem in boarding, pets are considered at a nominal fee or referred to a boarding facility.
- Provide an accurate count of all persons, including children & guests.
- 8 interchangeable Badges for facility use, points of interest guides, brochures of area activity, operating instructions & a map of the development are provided at the house.
- The house is set up for light housekeeping with all necessary utensils/pillows/blankets/etc. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED. YOU MUST BRING THESE ITEMS: Linens can be ordered (sheets/no towels)
- It is best not to overpack. There are stores located approx. 1 mile from development.
- All houses have Airconditioning/Wireless internet/Cable/Hot tubs/Pool tables/multi decks/deck furniture/Gas grills/Fireplaces/stereos
